“Piti” Lorenzo Munnet
Armando “Piti” Lorenzo Munnet is from Cuba and is one of the real life racers in Havana Motor Club. He traveled outside of Cuba for the first time in early 2015 for the film.
Armando, a resourceful car mechanic and fierce competitor, used ingenuity and handmade parts to turn his dull black 1956 Ford, which he nicknamed Bucephalus, after Alexander the Great’s horse, into a formidable racing machine.
